THE EVENT OF A FAILURE ?
Many DJ's use home stereo equipment that is not capable of handling the extreme conditions presented in touring. This often means unexpected breakdowns during a performance. The A to Z Collection uses only top-of-the-line professional sound systems and audio equipment similar to those used in top dance clubs and touring companies. Alternative equipment is always available in the event of a breakdown.
DOES THE COST INCLUDE LIGHTING ?
Most DJ's charge extra for lighting and its often just a handful of par spotlights with a couple of inexpensive "disco" effects. The A to Z Collection utilizes the latest technology in computerized intelligent lighting effects similar to systems found in top dance clubs across the country.
WHAT TYPES OF MUSIC WILL THE DJ PLAY ?
Many DJ’s selection is limited to typical wedding reception music. The A to Z Collection offers a variety of new, classic & alternative rock, 80’s, dance, big band, oldies, and country, and that is second to none. Through a survey, we let you select the music for your reception.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE DJ BECOMES ILL ?
In most agency agreements, the agency is not responsible for a DJ canceling due to illness and rarely guarantees to provide a replacement. The A to Z Collection consists of 3 professional DJ’s. Therefore, a backup DJ is always available in the event of illness.
DOES THE COST INCLUDE AGENCY FEES ?
Entertainment agencies will add over $200 in hidden fees! Because the A to Z Collection is independent, you are paying only for the entertainment and not excess agency fees.
HOW LONG OF A PERFORMANCE DOES THE COST INCLUDE ?
The A to Z Collection’s price is $850 for a 6 hour reception in the Pittsburgh area. Each additional hour is $100. Included is music during dinner and cocktail hours. This includes 2 professional DJ's, intelligent lighting, a top-of-the-line professional sound system, wireless microphone, and an optional fog machine.
WHAT WILL THE DJ WEAR ?
For all wedding receptions, the A to Z Collection will perform in formal tuxedo wear.

Often, customers select DJ’s from videotape and never have the opportunity to meet or discuss the details of the reception with the DJ directly. The A to Z Collection will communicate with you to review each and every detail. This will ensure that the event runs smoothly with no errors
